CANCELLATION/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

To Be Eligible For An Exchange, Your Item Must Be Unused And In The Same Condition That You Received It. It Must Also Be In The Original Packaging.

Exchange request can be done within 2 days of the date of delivery

Customised order can’t be exchange or return.

Exchange policy eligible within 7 days from date of delivery. you have to send parcel back our official address within 7 days of delivery.

If the product is not from the sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at mail (byutify.in@gmail.com) within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like  Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

Only Size Exchange will be in the same Product

A reverse pickup facility is not available. Note: Product is sent to our register address with the same condition with invoice and labels print. Reverse courier charge is RS 149 is paid by Customer Exchange are allowed on size issues only. The exchange will not be issued on product exchange. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non-exchangeable.

We Not Bare Returning Shipping Charge

Our Shipments Go Through Rigorous Quality Checks Before They Leave Our Warehouse. In The Rare Cases That Such Issues Occur, We Consider It Our Utmost Priority To Ensure Strict Action Is Taken. We Request You To Attach A Snapshot In 24 Hour From Purchase.

We Are Not Asking for Any OTP With You. No Any Our Agent Call You For Any OTP Or Any Link. Beware Any Customer Care Call From Our Name. Do Not Share Any OTP And Not Accept Or Click Any Link Which Sanded For Any Refund Processed.

. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for exchange.

The cost of shipping to & from (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by the customer.

 Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

  • My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges, and alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get a credit note to buy something else

  • Why my exchange is not accepted?

We endeavour to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

  • Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
  • Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
  • 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
  • Purchase made from the SALE section is not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. The entire sale, discounted, brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

 

Refund Processing Time:

All Eligible orders for refund shall be refunded to original payment method with due consent of the buyer within 10 days of cancellation request.
