We provide delivery of your orders  in whole India. You need to select the correct shipping location from the option ‘SHIPPING TO” provided at the footer of our website. We have partnered with leading Indian & International shipping provider to handle your order in best possible way for safe & fast delivery.

 

Shipping Charges for Delivery In India:

We provide free shipping in India for all Prepaid & Cash on Delivery (COD) 

Please note there are no additional charges for Cash on delivery payment orders.

  1. We provide free shipping within India for all Prepaid & Cash on Delivery (COD) above Rs.4000 on All Orders.
  2. Delivery Time  4-7 business days.

Please note changing your shipping location during checkout will lead to loss of items in your shopping bag. Shipping charges & Policy of selected store will apply to your order. If last cash on delivery shipment is Return to origin as Rto we will not proceed next order as cash on delivery  

Order Delivery & Dispatch Policy :

We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our Customer Care & Warehouse team works rigorously to ensure that we are able to bring a smile to your face. Our team perform multiple rounds of quality check and ensure that we deliver you your ordered styles in perfectly packed QC checked condition in the least possible time.

We strive to dispatch your order in the earliest possible time however certain styles are procured and arranged from other locations and hence in few cases the dispatch timelines can extended up to 2 weeks. We will update you regarding the dispatch & delivery status of your order via Email & SMS.

Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 4-7 business days depending on the pin code for delivery to happen within India. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may sometime cause delays, however please be rest assured that our Customer Care team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to your orders delivered at the earliest.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package a maximum up to 3 times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including Pin code/Zip code and a valid mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

          Byutify ships worldwide.

  • What are the international shipping costs and duties?

         shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your country.

Please note that custom duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of delivery address.

  • How long will it take for my order to reach me?

         From the time of shipping – it will take about 10-15 days for your international order to reach you.

  • What payment methods does Byutify allow for international shipping?

          You can use all international credit cards to make the payment for your international shipping orders.

  • What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

          We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +91 73598-75010 or write to us at Support@Byutify.in and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

Customs & Duties
The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.

Cancellation 
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Byutify and accept The Byutify’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation By The Byutify
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Courier
Delivery takes 10-12 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.

Orders are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays. Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.

If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery.

As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it's customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can help them with the exact status of order along with its location.


Mailing Hours
Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 9:30 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays). The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Byutify and accept Byutify’s decision regarding the cancellation.
